Impact Reports
Through these solidarity reports, we share the stories of the children we support and the heartfelt gestures that have helped bring smiles to their faces.
An 11-year-old girl lives with her father in the city of Izmail, Ukraine. Last summer, her mother sadly passed away, leaving the family to face immense grief and a difficult new reality.
Since this loss, their situation has become more fragile. Although the father works, his modest income is not always enough to cover daily needs. Despite these challenges, he does his very best to provide a dignified and secure life for his daughter.
The Madina’s Smile Association wished to offer its support by sending a solidarity package filled with essential items and small gifts, aiming to bring some comfort and warmth to this child.
Through this gesture, we hope to share warmth, hope, and a smile—reminding them that even in the most difficult times, they are not alone.
Two sisters, aged 15 and 8, went through an extremely difficult time because of the war in Ukraine.
With their family, they were first forced to leave their home and take refuge in the city of Izmail to find a safer place. It was there that their mother suddenly passed away from a heart attack, leaving the family deeply affected by this painful loss.
After this tragedy, the two girls returned to Mykolaiv with their father and grandmother. Despite the dangers and insecurity, this return was the only option for the family to stay united and keep moving forward together.
For the New Year, our association prepared and sent a package of gifts, hoping to bring some comfort, warmth, and gentleness to these two children.
Because sometimes, a simple gift can restore a little light, and a small gesture can warm a broken heart.
This is our mission.
The Madina’s Smile Association provided support to a 2-year-old boy living in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Recently, he lost his mother to cancer and now lives with his father in a very difficult situation. The father is currently seeking employment.
Located near the border, the family faces frequent shelling, making their daily life particularly grueling. In response, our association prepared and sent a solidarity package containing clothing, gifts, and essential items to provide practical support and some comfort to the child.
Through this gesture, we hope to have shared a bit of light, warmth, and gentleness, and above all, to have brought a smile to this child's face.
This is the heart and the mission of our association: to give from the heart to receive a smile in return.
